Upon hearing both sides, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions of the applications, submits that the applicants wish to withdraw the present

However, considering the fact that the interim protection was granted to the applicant No. 1 - Harshal vide order dated 18th March, 2016 to facilitate his appearance for the examination, which is to end on 10th March, 2016, time to surrender himself before the concerned authority may be granted.

Considering all the material on record, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. The interim protection granted to applicant No. 1 - Harshal vide order dated 18th March, 2016 is hereby vacated. However, time to surrender before the concerned authority till 11th March, 2016 is hereby granted to applicant No. 1 - Harshal.
