At the outset, the learned Senior Advocate, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not pressing the prayer against the inquiry report and the proceeding. Petitioner's limited prayer is only to the extent of challenge to the order dated 27th August 2024. 2.

After hearing the learned Advocates for the parties, this Court expressed the reservation about maintainability of the petition. 3.

In view of the same, petition is not pressed, on instructions.

Request is made for direction to the authorities to decide the complaint as early as possible and within stipulated period. 5.

Considering above, the concerned authorities is expected to complete the inquiry as early as possible and preferably within six months from today.

This Court had heard the challenge only to the extent of prayers in the petition.
