PER COURT:- 1] Heard.

2] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the representation filed by the petitioner was adjudicated first without entering into the merits of the Petition, and in particular, in exception to the relevant Rules. In that case, the petitioner, by way of alternate submission, has agreed to appear before the Collector, if the directions are given to the Collector to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26th December, 2014 within stipulated period.

3] The learned AGP also agrees for the same.

4] In that view of the matter, we direct the Collector [Stamps], Aurangabad, to hear the petitioner, and also the other concerned parties and take appropriate

3727.2015 WP.odt decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 26th December, 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 10 weeks from today.

5] All the questions raised in the Petition are left open to be agitated before the Collector, and also before other Forums at the appropriate stage. The parties are, at liberty, to lead their evidence, if necessary, before appropriate authority / forum.

6] Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
