Learned AGP has placed on record communication dated 01.04.2025 issued by respondent No. 4, wherein it is stated that respondent No. 4 along with petitioner has conducted joint inspection of seven works on 21.03.2025. The petitioner has complained that said works were being done of sub standard quality. After joint inspection, petitioner is satisfied about the quality of works.

A letter addressed by petitioner to his advocate dated 21.03.2025 thereby instructing that petitioner has no Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 44-CP-313-2024 complaint about seven works and his contempt petition may be withdrawn, is also placed on record by learned AGP. 3.

In view of the above, Contempt Petition is disposed of.
