PER COURT :- 1] I have heard the learned advocate for the applicants and the learned AGP for the respondent/State. 2] I have perused the roznama of the Heirship Certificate proceeding in Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 145/2017. It appears that the applicant and his advocate are frequently absent for the court proceedings.

4] The learned Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jalna would decide Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 145/2017 on or before 30/06/2018. If the applicant seeks adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds, the Trial Court would be at liberty to reject such applications. The applicant shall extend co-operation for the disposal of the said proceedings with the said time frame.

5] Consequentially, the CL-III License of the applicant, if liable to be renewed, would be renewed initially for a period up to 30/06/2018 considering the above directions.
