By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks correction of the Writ Petition No.2443 of 2022 mentioned in the order dated 18.2.2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in a batch of petitions, on the basis of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel that inadvertently Writ Petition No.2443 of 2022 was withdrawn, instead of Writ Petition No.1867 of 2022. The statement is accepted. It is made clear that

ca4208.22 (2) Writ Petition No.2443 of 2022 is not dismissed by the said order dated 18.2.2022 and shall be heard on its own merits. The order dated 18.2.2022 is clarified in aforesaid terms. 3.

Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A). No order as to costs.
