Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, states that the petitioner would make a fresh comprehensive presentation on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 6th May, 2014.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondents submits that, the earlier representation was decided pursuant to the Government Resolution on which the petitioner had relied. There was no occasion to consider the Government Resolution dated 6th May, 2014.

The petitioner may make a fresh representation as per Government Resolution dated 6th May, 2014, which representation would be considered by the respondents on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within 6 months from the date of representation.
