ORDER.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel for Insurance Company. Perused the judgment and award.

Permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount with proportionate interest thereon, deposited in this Court by the Insurance Company, subject to filing written undertaking in this Court to redeposit

(2) CA No.4138/2019 the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The written undertaking is to be filed within 12 weeks from today. 3.

The balance compensation amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final hearing of the appeal.

Civil Application is disposed of.

Place the first appeal on 17 July 2019.
