Heard learned Advocates for the parties. This application is for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the insurance company in the office of this Court. Considering the submissions, following order :- 02.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest to the extent of applicant Nos.1 to 4. Out of which 25% amount shall be withdrawn on filing usual undertaking and 25% amount shall be withdrawn by furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining 50% amount shall be invested in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank, to be renewed from time to time till disposal of the appeal.

This Civil Application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.

It is informed that applicant No.5 is no more. Learned Advocate for the applicants to give information about legal representatives of applicant No.5 to the learned Advocate for the appellant for taking necessary steps.
