Original claimant in injury claim is no more. Therefore, his legal representatives have filed this application to join them as party in all proceedings pending before the Court. Learned Counsel for the Insurance Company has no objection for the same.

Therefore, Civil Application for brining the legal representatives of original deceased claimant is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause 'B' and the applicants be joined as legal representatives of original claimant in all relevant proceedings including the appeal.
