Present petition is filed for issuing direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 17.03.2023 submitted by respondent No.4 regrading inclusion of name of petitioner in Shalarth System. 2.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and upon taking instructions from respondent No.2 submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of two weeks. 3.

In view of said statement, petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 to decide the said proposal within a period of two weeks from today.
