On 25th February, 2019, the learned Assistant Government Pleader sought an adjournment. We had observed that, the matters are adjourned from time to time at the request of learned AGP and at the behest of the respondents. We further observed that, if reply is not filed by the next date, we will direct respondent No. 1 to personally remain present in the Court and the matters were kept today.

Today civil application is filed for dispensing with personal appearance of the respondent No. 1/present applicant. Unconditional apology is tendered. The reasons are given for non

Considering unconditional apology tendered in the application and that assurance has been given that the affidavit will be filed within one day, we accept the undertaking of the respondent No. 1.
