ORDER BELOW CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3267 OF 2024 1.

The Writ Petition is at pre-notice stage. Amendment is sought vide the Civil Application to bring the subsequent events on record.

The Civil Application is allowed. Amendment and addition of Respondent Nos.3 & 4, be carried out within a week.

ORDER BELOW WRIT PETITION NO. 3248 OF 2024 3.

Except a resolution passed by the Zilla Parishad, there is no document or an allotment letter

63-WP-3248-2024.odt or even the description of any parcel of land having any survey number or plot number, by which it can be said that the Petitioner has been allotted the land admeasuring 40x50 ft. The Petitioner has no documentary evidence to indicate an allotment of any particular parcel of land. Grievance is that the added Respondent Patrakar Bhavan Kruti Samiti, Udgir has been benefited by another resolution of the Zilla Parishad and there is a likelihood that the added Respondent No. 4 may disburse an amount of Rs. 4 crore to Respondent No. 3. 4.

Keeping open the aspect of maintainability of this Petition, issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 29th April, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1.

All office objections to be removed, on or before 18th April, 2024, failing which, this Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, on 19th April, 2024.
