By this application, the applicant (original claimant) is seeking permission to pay court-fees of Rs.1158/- in RPST No.15934 of 2009 in F.A. No.928 of 2005.

The learned Advocate for the applicant would submit that the applicant was directed to deposit Court fees. For some reasons, the amount could not be deposited. Therefore, in terms of order dated 22.01.2014, the review application was refused to be registered. 03.

The learned Advocate for the respondent No.2 has no serious objection in allowing this application.

The learned Advocate for the applicant undertakes to deposit the Court fees by Monday i.e. 18.07.2022. In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate for the applicant, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C) and (D).
