These appeals along with Civil Applications are placed before the National Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties. 2.

Mr. Bhalerao Sudhir G., learned counsel for the appellant is present. Mr. J. D. Joshi, Executive Engineer is present and Mr. L. R. Tade holding for Mr. A. R. Devakate, learned counsel for respondents - original claimants is also present.

Mr. Bhalerao Sudhir G., the learned counsel for Acquiring Body submits that the appeals are covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna - 2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018.

In view of the above, the appeals can be withdrawn and accordingly the Acquiring Body is withdrawing these appeals. The Acquiring Body is directed to deposit amount of compensation within a period of six months from the date of this order before the Reference Court. The original claimants are at liberty to withdraw the said amount. The appeals accordingly stand withdrawn and disposed of. No order as to costs.

The letter of Executive Engineer Mr. J. D. Joshi and the Advocate for the appellant filed the copy of Communication and terms of compromise, through M.K.V.D.C. which is marked "X" on record, for identification.

The Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 7.
