Applicant seeks to condone delay of 3312 days in preferring this first appeal for the reasons stated in the application.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that his client is ready to forego interest and the statutory benefits for the delayed period.

The averments of the application have not been traversed. There is no reason to doubt the bonafides of the
