Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants - claimants in both these applications are seeking condonation of delay of 3042 days. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The Acquiring Body despite service, remained absent. In other connected matters, this Court vide order dtd.05.01.2018 has already condoned the delay. Though the learned AGP strongly opposed the applications, but considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 3042 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period, if the amounts of compensation are enhanced.

Appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
