This petition is against order passed by the Tahsildar - respondent No.2. When the petition was filed, an appeal was presented before the Collector. The Additional Collector has already decided said appeal bearing No. II RTS/Appea/No.29/2022 by judgment and order dated 29.04.2023. It is thus submitted that the petition has become infructuous. The learned Advocate, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
