1] Heard. Perused the grounds taken in the Review Application. According to the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, when the order under review was passed, the petitioner was not heard.

2] We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant. Carefully perused the order on which the review is sought, we are of the opinion that the hearing of the petitioners in the said Petition was not necessary, the order dated 14th August, 2015, which was passed by the Education Officer was consequential order to the order dated 20th May, 2014. Admittedly, the order dated 20th May, 2014, was not challenged.
