PER COURT :- Heard Shri P.G.Rodge, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants.

Though, Shri S.A.Wakure, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent opposed for condoning the delay stating that huge delay occurred in filing the appeal has not been properly explained, on perusal of the application, it is noticed that the Acquiring Body has assigned sufÏcient explanation for not filing the appeal within the stipulated period of limitation. As such, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

I) The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. II) Civil application stands disposed of.

{2} 935 CA 8234 of 2018 III) Appeal be registered in accordance with law. After registration of appeal, issue notice to the respondent.

IV) Shri S.A.Wakure, learned Counsel waives notice for the sole respondent.

V) Service complete.

VI) List the appeal on 25.09.2018 for further consideration.
