ORAL ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the applicant - acquiring body. Perused the application.

In view of the nature of the subject matter, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Civil Judge [Sr.Division], Osmanabad in L.A.R. No. 217/2007 and L.A.R. No. 635/2008, on condition that applicant - acquiring body shall deposit the entire amount of compensation pursuant to the Award along with interest accrued thereon in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today. Failure to which the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the
