After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, when this Court expressed its disinclination for granting any interim relief as prayed for, the learned counsel has prayed for direction to the Industrial Court to expeditiously dispose of the complaints filed by the present petitioners pending before the said Court and to dispose of the present petitions. I do not see difficulty in passing such order, even otherwise the complaints are to be decided in a time bound manner.

Both the petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Industrial Court, Jalna to decide the complaints filed by the present petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six months.
