The present civil application is filed for correction of name of applicant no.2 - Monabai Balasaheb Jadhav.

The learned counsel has placed order of the reference court, whereby the name itself before the reference court has been corrected as Meena @ Meenabai Balasaheb Jadhav instead of Monabai Balasaheb Jadhav.

In view of the same, the learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to correct the

2 961 name of applicant no.2 as Meena @ Meenabai Balasaheb Jadhav, as well as the learned counsel for the appellants is permitted to correct the appeal memo accordingly.
