These are the applications filed by the original claimants seeking condonation of delay of 1058 days in filing appeal against the judgment and award passed by the reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act.

The applicants in these applications has given reasons which are plausible and sufficient. Learned advocate for the applicants has pointed out that the delay has occasioned to enable them to make necessary
