The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the name of applicant no.6 - Hirabai Dadarao Awad be corrected as Hirabai Dadaram Awad and that both the persons are the same persons. However, the name has not been correctly recorded. There is a minor rectification required.

The learned counsel has also placed on record Aadhaar Card, wherein her birth is

2 962 mentioned as of the year 1948, indicating that the age is also of 75 years.

In view of the same, the learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to rectify the name of the applicant no.6 - Hirabai Dadarao Awad as Hirabai Dadaram Awad. The same correction shall also be carried out in the appeal memo. 5.

The civil application is disposed of.
