We have heard Mr. Bondar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, unnecessary proceeding and litigation is being taken up by the respondent No.

4. The petitioner was not party in Writ Petition No. 1307 of 2017 filed by the present respondent No. 4. The respondent No. 4 does not have any right.

Mr. Kasliwal, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 4 and the learned A. G. P. appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

It appears that, this Court had directed the authority to decide the representation of the respondent No. 4. Pursuant thereto notice has been issued to the petitioner for hearing. The authority will certainly consider case put forth by the parties and thereafter is expected to decide the matter on its own merits. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
