The applicants are seeking withdrawl of amount with accrued interest in their name. First appeal is disposed of vide judgment and award dated 19.09.2011. That time applicants were minor and Rs.2,50,000/- was directed to be invested in the fixed deposit. The deposited amount remains to be disbursed to the applicants. Now they have attained the age of majority. There is no doubt that they are entitled to the amount. For the reasons stated in the civil application, it deserves to be allowed.

The civil application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause (A) and (B).
