1) Civil Application No.547/2010 is filed for fixing early date of hearing. As per convenience of both the sides the date is fixed as 28th April 2016 for final hearing. 2) Civil Application No.3836/2016 is filed for permission bring legal representatives of sole appellant on the record. Death certificate is produced which shows that the appellant was dead on 17-2-2016. The application filed is in time. So the application is allowed. Amendment is to be made in the appeal memo immediately. Both the civil applications are disposed of.
