The learned Advocates for the petitioner and the respondent submit that as the respondent continued in employment till the age of 58 years under the interlocutory impugned order of the Industrial Court dated 17/01/2017 below Exh.U-2 in Complaint (ULP) No.320/2016, this petition is rendered infructuous. However, the complaint could be decided expeditiously, if not already decided.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as being infructuous. In the event, Complaint (ULP) No. 320/2016 is not yet decided and if any issue remains to be adjudicated upon, the Industrial Court shall decide the said complaint as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 28/02/2022.
