PER COURT :- 1.
The petitioner has appeared for III Semester of (02) B.A.M.S. examination. The result of the petitioner is withheld on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4. Mr.Anandsing Bayas, the learned Counsel waives notice for respondent No.3. 3.
The respondent No.4/Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of
947 Writ Petition No 3942 of 2020.odt the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th March, 2020. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the respondents shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his further studies only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Of course, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

In light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
