Learned counsel for the applicants points out order dated 07-07-2017 passed by this court in civil application no. 2828 of 2017
2 CA- 6124-2017+group and companion applications also comprising applications for stay, arising from same project, from the same village and under same notification.

In view of the same, in these applications for interim relief, similar treatment would be required to be given. 3.
As such, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (B), on the condition that the applicants / appellants deposit entire amount under the award together with accrued interest thereon in this court, within a period of 12 weeks from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated without further reference to this court.
