The Special Judge under MCOCA Act appears to have allowed the application filed by the Investigating Officer on 25-04-2022 that the custody of the present applicant and co-accused to be given to SubDivisional Police Officer, Nagar City Division, Ahmednagar, for investigation.

Under such circumstances, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the Special Judge in view of the said change in the circumstance.
