1] The present Civil Application is filed to correct para no.3 of the order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Writ Petition No.1286/2022.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the parties. With the consent of the parties, in the order dated 15.02.2023, in para no.3, in stead of 'impugned orders dated 26/11/2012 passed by the Tahsildar, Kopargaon in Rasta Case No. 4 of 2012 and dated 21/01/2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirdi in Revision Application322 of 2013', it be read as 'order passed by the Ld.Tahasildar Kopargaon in Rasta Case no. 7/2015 dated 20/11/2017 and order passed by the Ld. S.D.O. Shirdi in Revision application no.

3174.25CA 166/2019 dated 11/05/2020'. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

3] In clause title of the order dated 19.03.2025, in stead of 'CIVIL APPLICATION NO.8661/2025', it be read as 'CIVIL APPLICATION NO.3174/2025'.
