PER COURT:

1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for respondents. Perused the application for condonation of delay of 78 days in filing the appeal. The matter pertains to determination of market value of land under acquisition.

2] In view of the nature of subject matter and the reasons mentioned in the application I do not find any impediment to condone the delay. Hence, the application for condonation of delay stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). So called delay of 78 of days caused for filing first appeal is hereby condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for registration appeal. On registration, list the matter for admission in due course.
