Learned Advocate for Respondent No.4 has placed on record copy of the order dated 21st August, 2024, wherein names of four Petitioners are mentioned, thereby granting two increments to the Petitioners from the respective dates mentioned in the said order. In respect of Petitioner No.3, order is yet not passed.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioners makes a grievance that by this order, increments are granted to the Petitioners as per 5th Pay Commission, however, they are entitled for

Learned Advocate for Respondent No. 4, on instructions, makes a statement that appropriate revised orders will be passed in cases of all the Petitioners within four weeks from today and thereafter monetary benefits will be released to them within four weeks thereafter.

By recording said statement as undertaking to this Court, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.

5.

If the time stipulation undertaken by the Respondent is not followed, the same will be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
