Learned counsel are ad-idem that in the similar set of circumstances, delay of somewhat similar magnitude had been
2 CA - 6123-2017+group condoned by this court vide order dated 07-07-2017 passed in civil application no. 2828 of 2017 with companion applications. 2.
In fact, learned counsel for the applicants refers to that delay in the applications, whereunder this court had earlier condoned delay, had been slightly more. He submits that the reasons which had weighed while allowing aforesaid civil applications, apply on all fours in the present matters as well. 3.
Learned counsel for respondents purports to resist, however, is not in a position to overcome the reasons stated in the applications and the situation emerging from the order passed in civil applications condoning delay in rest of the matters arising from the same project under same notification and lands from the same village.

For aforesaid reasons and the reasons which had weighed with this court while passing order dated 07-07-2017 in civil application no. 2828 of 2017, present civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and are disposed of. [SUNIL P. DESHMUKH] JUDGE arp/
