This is an application for regular bail in connection with Crime No. 03/2015 registered with police station Udgir, district Latur for the offences punishable u/s 302,109,114,498-A,323 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Ajinkya Reddy, learned counsel for the first informant Rajjak Mainuddin Shaikh submitted upon instructions that during the pendency of the present

2 Cr.Apln. 1538.2015 application, Investigating officer has filed charge sheet before the Court below and the applicant has not filed any application for bail after filing of charge sheet before the trial Court. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the first informant, learned counsel for the applicant submits that permission be granted to him to withdraw the application with liberty to file application afresh before the trial Court since the charge sheet is filed. Prayer accepted.
