ORDER :

Seen the reliefs claimed. This Court gave option to the petitioner to restrict the claim in respect of the property, which according to him, is acquired from him directly or indirectly for road widening. He is not restricting the claim to that extent and he is claiming that the structure was illegally pulled down and for that, he was entitled to get compensation. That matter can be decided by the Civil Court and writ jurisdiction cannot be exercised for that. The petition stands dismissed.
