Heard. Perused the impugned award.

According to the learned Counsel for the acquiring body, there is substantial hike in grant of compensation by the reference Court. The amount of compensation exceeds to Rs. 3.00 Crores. In connected matters, he did not object since the amount involved therein was very small.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The applicants are also allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited in this Court, on submitting solvent surety / security. The balance amount be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank, till disposal of the appeal. 4.
