2] The earlier application was already withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application, in case the trial is not concluded within six months, from the date of order i.e. 25.11.2014. Taking into consideration the history of the present applicant, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the hearing in the matter and to see that the same would be disposed of within a period of two months.
