This Court had issued notice to the respondents on 12.03.2020. As the copies were not supplied by the petitioner, four weeks time was granted by this Court by order dated 21.12.2020. Even then, the petitioner did not supply the copies. This Court, therefore, again passed an order on 22.01.2021 granting three more weeks for supplying the copies failing which, the matter was to be dismissed. Yet, the copies have not been supplied. Thereafter, again this Court passed an order on 26.02.2021 granting three more weeks. Yet, the copies have not

At this stage, the learned advocate for the petitioner appeared before us after the dictation of the above order and submits that this matter is rendered infructuous. 4.

As such, this Writ Petition stands disposed off as being infructuous.
