The applications filed by the petitioners for issuance of tribe certificates are rejected.

The learned A.G.Ps. accept notice for respondents. 3.

It is stated by the petitioners that the father of the petitioners is issued the validity certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe. The school record of the father of the petitioners records caste as 'Mannervarlu'.

When the father of the petitioners is issued with the validity certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe, there was no impediment for the authorities to issue tribe certificate which would be subject to verification by the Committee, as at this stage the authorities have to be only prima facie satisfied.

In the result, the impugned orders are quashed and set aside. The Respondent No. 3 - Sub Divisional Officer, shall issue tribe certificates to the petitioners of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe with correct spelling of the tribe within four (4) weeks.
