PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant prays for condonation of delay of (389) days caused in filing this Civil Application for seeking restoration of the Writ Petition and for setting aside the order of the Registrar (J) dated 16.2.2015, by which the Writ Petition was refused registration on account of non-removal of office objections.

Learned Advocate submits that since the applicant was working as a Coolie in the Water Supply Department and has lost his service on 1.4.1991, the delay may be condoned and the petition be registered. 3.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of (389) days is condoned by imposing costs of Rs.500/-, considering the status of the applicant. Said costs shall be deposited by the applicant with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today. After costs are deposited, the order of the Registrar (J) dated 16.2.2015 shall stand set aside. The applicant shall remove all office objections in the Writ Petition within two weeks thereafter. After the objections are removed, the Writ Petition shall be restored. akl/d
