Issue notice to respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondents.

It is submitted by the petitioners that the real paternal uncle of the petitioners namely Gorakh, has been issued with the validity certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe. The father of the petitioners has been issued with the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe, still the applications for issuance of tribe certificates are rejected. 3.

We have heard the learned A.G.P.

It appears that the real paternal uncle of the petitioners is issued with the validity certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe. The father of the petitioners is also issued with the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe. It is trite, at this state the authority has to be prima facie satisfied.

Considering the above, impugned orders are quashed and set aside. The Respondent No. 3 shall issue the tribe certificates to the petitioners of 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe within four (4) weeks with the correct spelling of the tribe.
