The appellant and respondent No.2 have filed compromise pursis about settlement of dispute. The same is taken on record and marked as "Exh-X" for identification. 2.

By the present compromise pursis, the appellants agreed to receive Rs. 6,45,840/- with interest @ 12% w.e.f. 21.09.2016 till realization of amount after deducting the amount which already been paid. Therefore, the appellants are entitled to get enhanced amount to the tune of Rs.2,15,280/- along with interest @ 12% p.a. with effect from 21.09.2016, till its realization.

In view of above, the appeal is partly allowed in terms of compromise pursis "Exh.X", which is part and parcel of the decree. The judgment and award dated 04.02.2016 passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Dhule, under the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, in Application (ECA) No.120 of 2014 is hereby modified to the extent of enhancement of compensation.
