1. Mr. Undre, learned counsel for petitioner submits that 'Zilla Gaurav Samiti' has positively recommended the proposal of present petitioner to High Power Committee.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3 states that High Power Committee would decide said proposal of the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3.

We have heard learned Assistant Government Pleader also. 4.

High Power Committee shall take decision on the proposal of the petitioner claiming freedom fighter pension as forwarded by 'Zilla Gaurav Samiti' on its own merits and in accordance with law as
