Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondents. 2.

Mr Joshi, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance is already conducted and the petitioner has also filed his say to the vigilance report. The Committee has given 11.5.2018 as the date of hearing.

The Committee shall conduct the hearing on the said date. The petitioner shall also co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings. The Committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceedings by end of June 2018.
