Mr. Chalak, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the proposal is submitted by the Head Master seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak. The same is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule since December, 2014. No decision has been taken thereon as yet.

Mr. S.B. Yawalkar, the learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 and submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the Education

wp4188-2017 Officer would take decision on it on its own merits. 4.

In case the proposal (Exhibit-J to the petition) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within six weeks.
