The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'B' as under :- B) By issuing writ of mandamus or order or any other writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent no. 2 and 3 may kindly be directed to continuously deduct the amount from salary of petitioner and same may be credited to the account of GPF bearing no. 11141 under the head of amount of GPF as deduction which were deducted continuously since 2009 to 2016 and 2019 and for that purpose may issue necessary orders/directions.

There is no statement in the memo of the petition that the petitioner has approached the competent authority i.e. respondents No. 2 and 3 for the redressal of his grievance. 3.
