Mr. Barlinge, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of this petition has been subserved since after the petitioner was protected by this Court in the present writ petition. Subsequently, the caste scrutiny committee decided the caste claim of the petitioner and invalidated the same which is subject matter of Writ Petition No.14840/2023, in which this Court has already protected the service of the petitioner.

In that view of matter, nothing survives in the present writ petition, and it can be disposed of accordingly. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
